Understand, your hair will get wet. Embrace this and your float will be so much better. After the float, you will have the ability to walk straight back to your room (if you have one booked)
- To keep your stomach calm while you float, we recommend having a light meal 60-90 minutes before hand.
- To prevent the jitters and stay relaxed, stay away from caffeine up to 4 hours beforehand
- Don’t wax or shave in the 24hrs prior as the salt water inside the tank can irritate the skin. It could be like jumping in the ocean after a shave a wax, not the most comfortable.

If you are claustrophobic, you do have the option to experience floating with the door open. Some people with extreme claustrophobia have reported having no problems with their float as the pods experience is more like zero gravity in space than being closed into a box.

No. Some people fall asleep, but the water is so buoyant that you stay afloat. The worst that can happen is getting woken up by a bit of salt water in your eyes.
The solution is thoroughly filtered through our filtration system, which runs at minimum three complete filtration cycle’s after every float session. One of the natural qualities of salt is that it is also naturally bacteria killing. We also use non-toxic disinfectants and UV lights in all the pods.
